Founder

DM Seafoods was founded by Dean Murphy, an experienced industry professional with a deep understanding of both oyster trading and the Irish aquaculture landscape. Coming from a strong farming background, Dean appreciates the dedication and hard work that goes into producing top-quality oysters.
